Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Farquharson as well as Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was accepted into the Royal Academy of Music in London during the 1970s when she learned the flute piano and harpsichord for three years. She managed to make it by surviving on a student stipend, as she worked part-time. Lennox did not feel happy with the quality of her performance compared with others at the Royal Academy and began looking for alternative paths. Lennox performed flute in the band Dragons Playground. The group didn't make it to the talent contest New Faces on I.T.V. The singer was lead vocalist in The Tourists (a British popband) between 1977 and 1980. Here she met Dave Stewart who would later join Eurythmics. Lennox was then able to begin work on her debut solo album Diva and it was released around 1992. The album had a tremendous success both commercially as well as critically. Nostalgia Lennox's 6th solo album was released in November 2014. The C.D. Lennox picked her favorite blues and soul tracks. Lepidoptera was released by Lennox on the 19th of May 2019. It is a collection consisting of four tracks improvised. The E.P. Her first solo album in conjunction with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, titled "Now I'm letting You Go." Annie Lennox (born December 25 in 1954) is a Scottish musician and political activist. The Tourists were a new-wave band that achieved some recognition in the 1970s. In the following years, Lennox joined the band with fellow musician Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox debuted her solo music career in 1992, by releasing an album titled Diva. It included a number of famous songs like the hit song Walking On Broken Glass and the song Why. Medusa the studio album released in 1995 includes cover versions of tracks like No MoreI I Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. She has released six solo studio and compilation albums.
