Ally Sheedy Bio

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born August 15th, 1970) is a famous American actor. Her first film role was in Bad Boys (1983). She then joined the Brat Pack and then went on to star in WarGames The Breakfast Club as well as Short Circuit. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her part in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art. Sheedy was married to David Lansbury in April 1992. David Lansbury is the nephew and son-in-law of Angela Lansbury. Edgar Lansbury created Godspell. Beckett (born at the age of 14 in the year 1994) is the couple's son. Sheedy has learned from Beckett's transition to a transgender. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American stage and film actress and the writer of two novels. Her most notable roles are on Brat Pack's movies The Breakfast Club, and St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club is the name given to a John Hughes movie. The title of the film, "The Breakfast Club" is an homage to a school nickname for detention. They are expected to arrive in detention around the time of breakfast. Teaching The Next Generation. Sheedy has added "teacher" in her long list of accomplishments. She has been teaching acting classes at City College in New York City and she has loved having her students take her under her guidance.
